This policy describes the terms of delivery of digital services offered by Viralstorm

2. Delivery Time

By ordering a digital service from Viralstorm, we undertake to provide said service within a maximum period of 30 days from the confirmation of your order, in accordance with the provisions of article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code.

In exceptional situations, in particular in the event of the provision of large volumes of viewing hours on YouTube, or considerable quantities of followers, views or likes on various platforms, this period may be extended up to a maximum of six months. This extension is justified by the provisions of Article 1218 of the Civil Code, which provides that the performance of an obligation may be suspended in the event of an impediment resulting from a case of force majeure.

3. Confirmation of the order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and the expected delivery time.

4. Delivery delays

We make every effort to meet the delivery times we have committed to. However, exceptional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and will endeavour to minimise any inconvenience. If delivery is delayed by more than 72 hours without communication from us, please contact us.

Finally, additional documents may be requested from you only as part of the progress of your order. In accordance with Article 1104 of the Civil Code, which requires parties to respect the requirement of good faith in the execution of contracts, your refusal to transmit these necessary documents will hinder delivery and we will not be able to finalize the order properly.

5. Delivery of services

Digital services will be delivered to the email address you provided when ordering or via a direct download link or access to a member area, depending on the nature of the service ordered.

6. Delivery failure

If for any reason we are unable to deliver your service within the specified time frame (maximum 6 months), we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel your order or postpone it to a later date.

7. Suspicion of fraud and identity verification

Due to the increase in cases of fraud and use of stolen credit cards, Viralstorm reserves the right to verify the identity of the buyer for certain orders, especially when the transaction amount is high or suspicious elements are detected. This verification may include, but is not limited to, requesting supporting documents such as a copy of an identity document (where only the first name is visible) and a copy of the credit card used (where only the first name and the last four digits of the card number appear).

In accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, these measures are taken to ensure the security of transactions and prevent any fraudulent use of payment methods. Our goal is not to collect your sensitive personal information (and we will never ask you to), but to carry out a minimum verification in order to protect both the interests of our customers and our company.

In the event of failure to provide the required documents within 60 days of our request, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded, in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale.

This clause is based on a legitimate interpretation of fraud prevention while respecting consumer rights and applicable laws. It also specifies the purpose of collecting documents to reassure customers about the use of their personal data.
